AWS She Builds CloudUp SAA : Second Quarter 2023 Motivation!

Today is the first day of second quarter 2023. I am adamant about doing one of two things: 1) passing my AWS Solutions Architect Associate ahead of my June 30, 2023 renewal or 2) pass my AWS Solutions Architect Professional ahead of my renewal to instantly renew both my Certified Cloud Practitioner and Solutions Architect Associate certifications.

If you’ve been reading this blog series, you would know that I have been accumulating more AWS speaking engagements and other opportunities due to my participation in AWS She Builds (now renamed Cloud for Her). However, I am still keeping the main thing, the main thing which is studying to pass my AWS certification and helping other women along the way.

I have also started using my AWS Community Builders Cloud Academy subscription to do more labs. Now if you aren’t in this AWS Community Builders program, you can still do free labs through AWS Educate. Doing cloud labs make me understand the material better.

Also what I like about AWS Educate is that there is a time limit. When you’re working in tech, there is a time limit towards resolving a ticket. AWS Educate provides you with real-life simulations that will get you ready for the AWS Solutions Architect Associate exam and future cloud career. AWS She Builds also uses AWS Educate for its cloud labs. Here is the AWS Educate link to get a head start.

Since I am talking about free AWS resources, the free AWS Skill Builder has a lot of training for you. Go and check that out too because these trainings come officially from Amazon Web Services.
