Day 1 of Scrum At Scale Exam Prep Recap

Happy King Day everybody! As I’ve mentioned in the Week Ahead, this week I have THREE exam prep courses.

Today is the Scrum At Scale. Scrum at Scale (Scrum@Scale) is a scrum framework founded by scrum co-founder Jeff Sutherland. This framework enhances traditional scrum framework by allowing you to scale beyond just the scrum team.

I am taking this exam prep course to expand my scrum knowledge and learn more than one scrum framework. I have done with as a project manager by learning both waterfall and agile. The same with my being a cloud computing professional. I’ve learned AWS, Azure and Oracle Cloud.
