Day 3 of ITIL 4 Foundation Exam Prep: Practice Makes Perfect

Day 3 has been very smooth. We’ve focused on the ITIL4 service value chain and have started covering the 15 main ITIL4 practices that are covered in the certification exam.

Since I have mentioned the 15 ITIL practices, here is Edward Designer’s site listing and defining them. I have used this site to pass both my ITIL3 Foundation in 2017 and my ITIL4 Foundation in 2019.

Today I have taken the Simplilearn 25-question ITIL4 certification exam. I have taken this one earlier this morning to evaluate my progress. Yes, I am using Cloud Academy and Global Lynx (the ITIL4 training provider); but, I want to go outside of those two see if I am getting the same results. I am because I have scored 76% (19/25). Simplilearn also offers answers once you are done which is nice.

Another resource is the free ITIL4 practice exam flashcard YouTube video. I have stumbled upon this one. It is nice to review the cards because I do believe that some of these questions will be on the exam.
