I Passed My CompTIA Tech+ Certification
A Pass Is A Pass
I have passed my CompTIA Tech+ exam. This is the first full CompTIA certification that I have passed. My score is 651. Yes, 1 point over the minimum passage score of 650. However, I would rather pass by 1 point versus fail by one point.
Here on Medium, I talk about my successes and failures. This is no different. I am all about transparency. This shows that even though I have a Microsoft cybersecurity architect expert certification, I still have a blind spot in other areas.
I would like to thank Global Lynx, the Ohio IMAP (individual microcredential assistance program). They have given me the official CertMaster training and the exam voucher.
What’s Next?
Studying to pass my Network+ and Security+ certifications. I am transitioning towards vendor agnostic (not focused on one specific company: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc). I may also return back into federal consulting.
