SBA Ends COVID EIDL Hardship Accommodation Plan Program

Breaking News: On March 19, 2025, the US Small Business Administration has ended the COVID EIDL hardship accommodation plan program.

All requests for any servicing action must be submitted to the COVID EIDL Servicing Center by emailing CESC@sba.gov

The HAP has been in existence since 2022. Many SBA COVID EIDL borrowers have requested as many as five due to the current economic climate. It is unsure if the current administration has any new plan to help current HAP enrollees once their plans expire.
