This Week In AWS Community: AWS Data Engineer Associate Exam Is LIVE!

The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Data Engineer exam has left beta on March 12, 2024 and is now generally available. Generally available means that anyone can pass the exam. This marks AWS’ fourth associate certification. The fee is USD $150.

Also don’t forget that 3 specialty certifications are retiring. The data analytics specialty will retire April 8, 2024. The Database and SAP on AWS will retire April 29, 2024.

If you cannot sit for these exams before April then try out the AWS Data Engineer Associate exam. It is ½ the $300 specialty exam fee price.
