This Week In AWS Community : Keeping The Pace

Hey everybody! I know that this installment is a day late but I have been very busy yesterday. My busyness was tied to my AWS security specialty studies. See, for the second straight week, I completed my 3 days a week Cloud Academy goal. I am really adamant about passing my AWS security specialty certification and it shows.

This weekend although I have my online community college homework, I will still watch the AWS Twitch power hour series, take my second Whizlabs practice exam and complete the Cloud Academy labs because I mean business. I am passing my AWS security specialty exam using my AWS Community Builder free voucher. As I have always said in this blog series, my goal is to become multi-cloud.

Confession — IT feels great to have exceeded my two-week streak. Once I complete my third, I return back to Cloud Academy to complete a fourth even though it is the same week. Furthermore, with 15 days out, I am making great time towards finishing the learning path and dedicating time towards passing my practice exams.

I do think that next week I will start reading the newer AWS security documentation to gain a more well-rounded understanding of the latest in Well-Architected Framework. I feel that knowing this is the key towards my passing my AWS Security Specialty exam.

Finally, creating this new Cloud Academy habit will come in handy when I receive my second exam voucher and pass my AWS Solutions Architect Professional exam.
