This Week In AWS Community: Moving Forward In Year 4
As you know I am back to being an AWS Community Builder for my fourth year. I usually only post about AWS Community Builder once a week. However, there have been some new developments; plus, some other things that I want to say. This post comes about due to the Slack channel and LinkedIn comments.
AWS Community Builders have a Slack channel. The program manager posted a comment about the renewal email. He said some current Builders weren’t selected for renewal. There were several people in the comment section replying that they didn’t get picked. Immediately I logged off because I don’t need any bad juju around me. I made the cut and that was all that mattered. Besides several months ago, the program manager mentioned that your level of content should align with how many years you’ve been in the program.
I knew that every year I pushed myself to increase my AWS knowledge. I submitted my AWS QnA bot and PartyRock project management app. If you’re in machine learning, these are the level of difficulty you have in year 3. Now that I am in year 4, expect me to delve even deeper into Bedrock, SageMarker and artificial intelligence.
I will also get started earlier. Yes, the renewal application only allows two links; but, I still want to do and talk about AWS machine learning. I may do some livestreams this…
