This Week in AWS Community: Welcome to the Fold

Hey there! We have a brand-new crop of AWS Community Builders! Seeing these announcements on LinkedIn warms my heart. I love having new people come into the fold because they will benefit from mentoring and AWS education.

When I say AWS education, I mean the AWS Twitch channel where their shows are, AWS Developers YouTube channel, and, of course, each other. I love leaning on and learning from others.

Confession — No one has said anything about the AI Engineering vs Machine Learning track. Since I’m currently in the machine learning track, my track is being split into two. As of right now, I am leaning towards AI engineering since I do more things in AWS Bedrock than Sagemaker. However, I am challenging myself to see how to create a RAG using SageMaker and what’s the difference between a Sagemaker RAG vs an AWS Bedrock RAG.
