Twenty-Third Google Cloud Jumpstart Session Recap: Professional Development
I know it’s been a while everyone but this GCP series is BACK! This past Monday I had my mentoring session. We talked about Google Cloud Next conference which happened last week. In my summary email to her, I discussed that GCP Cloud Skills Boost is now a subscription and I emailed GCP to see how many exam vouchers I would receive with the annual subscription.

The conversation then shifted to my job search and how I was looking at both full-time and seasonal cloud jobs. I mean those seasonal opportunities could serve as stepping stones for full-time, direct hire opportunities. She was proud of me for that.
Then my mentor requested that I send her my follow-up email that I sent HR after my interviews to see if I am coming across as the best candidate for a job.
Next, she asked me if I wanted to be put back in touch with the GCP Cloud Engineer to talk about his job.
