AWS Dropping CodeCommit, Cloud9 And Others

Breaking News: Amazon Web Services (AWS) has announced that it is dropping CodeCommit is being dropped.

This was a big shock because AWS Developer’s Associate is based off of CodeCommit, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy. Now it is gone.

No one saw this coming. Now even the retiring of the Data Analytics and Database Specialty certifications prepared us for AWS dropping CodeCommit.

According to Jeff Barr, Chief AWS Evangelist on Twitter, he mentions

· CloudSearch

· Forecast

Now I’ve JUST wrote about my debacle with PearsonVUE and taking the AWS machine learning specialty. And what was on the practice exams? AWS Forecast!

See, this July 30, 2024 announcement is messing these AWS exams all the way up. I am secretly wondering if AWS Forecast will appear on the AI Cloud Practitioner and Machine Learning Engineer Associate beta exam since they’re being retired.
